At the centre created on the Prayer Mountain at Riwo, we would establish a base for a Leadership Training and Bible School. In addition to using the facilities there, the outreach could be extended to more remote areas via TV, Radio and internet.
Teaching and study materials would be presented both at the centre and to remote centres, with lessons and instruction provided by local trained teachers and remotely located tutors.
This is a ministry for which we would actively seek partners, and will be one in which we will work closely with Mainstream Christian Ministries to develop.
It is envisioned that study programmes will be created for use not just in Uganda, but throughout other countries in Africa.
This is an essential ministry, especially for leaders of churches in remote communities who do not have access to the usual study resources due to financial, communication and travel constraints.
By ensuring that leaders are well trained, we can help ensure that believers have a sound foundation for their walk with the Lord.
